     grooves when the instrument is pivotally closed and prevents any tissue damage

     while passing the suture needle.

     fishing hooks or nails. It also serves as another visual perspective to make the

     operator attentive where the blades begin.

6.  This instrument has smooth clamp formed behind the blades when pivotally closed

     The operator can use the smooth clamp to clamp the severed blood vessels, skin

     edges, IV tubing, drains, and etc.
